Never any issues and alway back by their arrive alive

I usually make all my purchases with liveaquaria but I thought this site had some pretty good deals so I gave it a shot. I made a pretty large order so it’s normal that one of the items showed up DOA which happens. I took pictures and acclimated it anyways just in case, but it was in fact already dead. I sent the pictures using their guarantee page on their site and they refunded/gave store credit. I have now placed a few more orders with them and it’s a good business. Good customer service. Happy customer.

mandarin in good shape

Purchased twice and had one fish die. Everything else has been great. They promptly gave me a credit on the dead fish with no hassle. If you watch they have awesome specials that are 50 or 75 percent of regular prices. I will be purchasing from them again.

We have bought from other places but chose to stay with you after our first couple purchases. We have made multiple purchases from your business and have always receive top quality animals and service!

Very happy, always packed well and the fish are better then expected. Thank you. If I could afford more and had more tanks I would keep buying. I probably will anyway.
