Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

it was a pleasure to go through your Website. I got a real good deal.with free delivery! Thank

Just got our fish delivered. All fish are alive upon delivery. There was a heater in there to keep them warm. They’re going into QT after being acclimated to tank water.

Over all good service great deals. Last order was a little disappointing I paid to get a larger 3.5 to 4.5 inch fish to get along with my other larger fish, usually get decent sized fish but this one not on a good day makes the 3.5 measurement. This one could have gotten at a local retailer for half the price

The team at Saltwaterfish have been absolutely amazing with all of our saltwater needs and questions throughout the years. No question was ever too silly for the team and we were always guided in the direction that was the best and safest for the lives and health of our fish, inverts, and corals. Fish, inverts, and corals were always well taken care of for shipping with FedEx and always made it to us in upstate NY in pristine condition. Chrissy - thank you for all of your help today with our lighting questions! - Jess

I have always had good experiences with Saltwaterfish.com. My fish have always arrived alive and survived the shipping and acclimation process...same with corals. My only complaint is that they charge a packaging fee. This fee along with shipping charges makes the price point non-competitive with local vendors.

I give 5 stars. My order all arrived alive. The only one thing I didn't love was the 50 crabs went from teeny tiny, which I love, to huge like 1.5 in. Those big crabsclean the substrate well but the kill one another. They attack the snails as well. I wish I had the option to choose the size of crab. Everything else GREAT!

never dissapoint

I have ordered 2 times and everything has arrived in great shape!!
