The fish are always very healthy and active
The fish are always very healthy and active and are packed with heaters. I pick mine up at the nearest fedex holding location so they aren’t jostling around on a truck all day and survival is better. If I need advice they have online chat to help me make good choices on care.

After losing most of our original order in transit, due to aircraft mechanical problems with FEDX, Saltwater fish was very responsive in replacing the looses experienced in our order. I did require extra steps to meet the guarantee policy, but all went smoothly.
