I had ordered an octopus which was not delivered on time due to Fedex. Saltwater fish.com was great! They kept me updated all along the way. When the shipment finally came and my octopus was dead, they had a replacement sent immediately. No hassle, no fuss- just EXCELLENT customer service! Best guarantee for saltwater fish/inverts that I have seen. The shipping is fast and ends up at your doorstep the next day and all my orders have had no DOAs. The fish are usually out and about eating in no time. However, customer service on phone is non-existent. A few times that I had to call to clarify a few things, I never got anyone other than a machine. The prices are bit steep too. I would also suggest compatibility suggestions and warnings on orders, e.g. warnings to not include incompatible fish and corals in the same order or based on recent order history.
