Good price, free shipping and freebie (I received a good size of Juvenile Chocolate Tang as bonus and she is beautiful). The package is great (came with small ice packs) and support from Salt Water Fish is great. It is definitely to acclimate your fishes per store instruction, the ph of my tank water is at 8.2 and the water of the bags is much lower so I will give it four hours to acclimated the fishes and put them in quarantine for at least couple days before move them into my display tank. I am very happy to make purchase with Salt Water Fish, all fishes are healthy and eating in my quarantine tank.

Both fish arrived on time and packed well. One died within an hour of arrival but I got ahold of them and they quickly offered a credit for the dead one. I have already placed my second order. I was overall pleased

Amazing prices

The fish I bought were great - and no issues with service - but the fish looked banged up in the box. The packaging says live fish (in small lettering), but there must be a way to provide better protection during handling and delivery.

I used to love to buy from this site but I will not be buying from them anymore. I bought fish and they died so they issued store credit. I bought new fish with cash and store credit and I had some fish die again. All I wanted was replacement fish for the ones that died but instead I was only given credit for the cash I paid. The store credit was not returned that I used. I know they have this in there policy but I don’t agree with it you pay money for fish and they guarantee them and give you store credit but then you use the store credit and if the fish die you have no guarantee pretty much except if you paid cash for them. Never again not worth it and ive spent a lot of money here. I also used to give good reviews. Former loyal customer

Very good trustworthy company with awesome customer service. I had some doa's (it happens sometimes) and a store credit was arranged no problem.

We are very happy with all the live fish, shrimp and torches we received the item quickly and very well package. The fish ate right away that is a fantastic sign. Thank you all for the excellent service.

I have ordered several times from Saltwaterfish.com and I always get the best product and the best customer service. Thanks for taking care of all my reef needs!
