Excellent delivery of fish. Will use again

Called with time, left several Voice Messages and Emails to support line after making a order SWF-429870 SEPT 9 about 12:04am about 1:33am just 1.5 hour later I stated specify, please respond if you got this email on their support line or call me before you start shipping. The following day I got a call about 3pm that they had already shipped my live stock items an hour ago, the reply was "if I had called earlier they could have honored my request. [WELL I HAD EASILY ABOUT 12 HOURS BEFORE] when they checked they acknowledge they had received my request. The request was for swap - a sweetlip fish on sale for $59.99, for 3 items I had previously Ordered: SWF-429641 on Sept 7th 1] a Purpleback Pseudochromis - Super Special 30% OFF! $13.99 2] 15236 Pajama Cardinal - Super Special 58% OFF 13.99 x 2 = $ 27.98 & 3] a Wheel Drive Goby - Super Special 58% OFF! $19.99 I would gladly paid with credit card. One thing both orders were delivered at the same time and happy with OCTOPUS ordered! [Would have be happier if my request was honored] but all & all THANKS SALTWATERFISH.COM

Can’t say enough good things about their company! First the order was sent over night which is great! But fed ex made a mistake with delivery. Was supposed to be delivered next day no signature required but claimed they attempted to but no one was there to receive. My wife was home all day and why not leave if there? Next day they claimed to deliver it at 4pm, I didn’t receive it! Saltwater customer service was phenomenal! Told them what happened and they immediately sent another order!! Just really upset fedex didn’t deliver live fish correctly.

There was a mix up on my order but Chrissy was very helpful in getting it straightened out and getting the correct item shipped to me. Another problem I had was the ten Turbo snails I ordered all arrived dead. According to company policy they won't simply send ten more but will only give a store credit and that's only if I send them a picture and make a request and wait for them to approve it. Then I would have to re-purchase the snails and pay $30.00 (again) for shipping and handling for a an $18.00 item. That's rediculous and it's not going to happen!

I loved how everything was packed so neat and secured. Even though I was supposed to receive my fish at 9am this morning I did not get them till 12:30pm this afternoon not saltwater fishes fault but fedex. I really love how my octopus and fish are already active and ready for their new home so I really highly recommend saltwater fish just because in the past with other companies nothing meet my standards with packing and fish quality. Thank you so much Saltwater Fish look forward to doing business with you again very soon

They post items for sale, and when you buy. They cancel on you saying "item was a mistake listing." I thought I would give them a second chance. 3rd times a charm? I won't even try. I will not be shopping here again. At all. They can keep my store credit. They lost a costumer.

I’ve done 3 orders now. Everything has arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Fish and soft corals/zoos. I will continue to use as a main go-to for my reef livestock.
