Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

Have ordered from several other saltwater suppliers and have had horrible experiences. Saltwater fish.com has not let me down yet and are the only company I’ll order from now. Everything arrives alive and well(they refund you quickly if it doesn’t) and the shipments come when they say they will.

Great customer service. Was able to pick my delivery date. Great specials all the time.

Great customer service with fast shipping. Most important the selection, health of the fish, and prices are amazing. Packing is to the quality of all other online retailers if not better. Will continue to buy from them for sure

Horrible customer service. They dropped the price by over $15 a fish within a day of my order and refused to refund the difference in price saying that wasn’t their policy. Other vendors honor significant price changes within a week of purchase. Bad policy; do not recommend!

fish arrived all arrived alive and well

I'm not blaming them but I had a bad experience I ordered 4 fish 1 shipped dead - they offered a refund than within 24 hrs all my fish died (2nd goby , puffer , tang) 2 were on the side of my fan (goby & puffer) my guess is they were to small to swim away once attached ? Its sad because I just lost everything due to COVID19 I had my tank going for 2+ years I thought I was getting a good deal cause they had a promo if you order $99.00 worth but now I have to do a whole water change due to 3 fish dying in water ........I cant find the tang and its been 4 hrs since I woke up its just very sad and the company wants photos of dead fish to either refund or provide store credit but if I cant find the fish how can I provide a photo ? I moved my rock etc

All the saltwater fish made it alive and healthy

The ordering process was very fast and easy and free shipping was great!
