Was super skeptical about ordering online. After some inflated prices and low stock in my local store, decided to give it a try. I recommend shipping to a local fed ex facility and picking up. Ordered 5 different fish, all came looking healthy and alive. Followed the acclimation guide and so far (5 hours in) all fish appear to be happy and healthy. Will order again. Decided to change a fish at the last minute and customer service was very helpful and responsive.

Star fish and golby were dead when they arrived

I was leery of purchasing fish on line without being able to see them. However so far so good. Only lost 1 fish at this point and was given store credit for the purchase price of the fish. Happy with business ethics. Am ordering more fish. Hope they are same quality and health as the last batch.

Very Satisfied. One of my corals did not ship well, seemed a little stressed during the shipping. I advised support of the issue. Support later replied giving me tips on how I should care for the coral. I followed instructions, but the care did not work and the coral did not survive. Support expressed their concern about the loss of the coral and refunded the payment by giving me store credit. No questions asked. I am so relieved that they did not make me jump thru hoops. Seriously, this is just not the time to have chaos with this pandemic going on. I just wanted a new addition to my tank. Thank you!!!!

Very fast shipment. Their website with instructions and a video on the best way to acclimate fish was very helpful. So far no issues with the fish we ordered. Have used them in the past and have been very pleased with their customer service and help.
