I ordered 12 fish/vertebrae they arrived when and where they said they would. 1 fish and 1 crab perished in transit. I followed the easy instructions on making a claim for a refund, which was settled almost immediately. I would absolutely recommend ordering and will do so in the near future. on 12/30/20 I ordered a peppermint shrimp and 10 blue legged hermit crabs from saltwaterfish.com they arrived overnight next day at my local FedEx hold facility where I chose to pick them up as opposed to home delivery. I brought them home, acclimated them and now all successfully in my display tank very active and looking healthy very satisfied as always I ordered a Bi-color Angel in past from Saltwaterfish.com and he is still going strong 3 years later.
