First time ordering with this company,an the last,,1fish DOA,2nd.fish didn't look good whn arrived, died 3hrs later,,company states will refund.doesnt seem to honor, emails are computer generated, send same messages, over an over,,,ORDER your fish elsewhere, this company terrible, wouldn't even give one star,,

Great to work with have some beautiful fish in my tank from them! I do the fedex hold better than your live stock being on truck all day till it gets delivered!

I purchased a few fish and they came with black ick. I didn’t realize it and it took over my whole community of tangs. One good thing about this company is that they stood behind their guarantee and gave me credit for fish I purchased but unfortunately it killed a lot more than just the fish they sent.

The first three fish arrived dead, due to an unexpected problem with FedEx. Saltwaterfish.com immediately made it right, send us three of the same fish, which were in beautiful condition. One fish died within two days, and Saltwaterfish.com gave us the promised store credit, but the other two are still thriving. We couldn't be happier with Saltwaterfish.com, which stands behind its product, and has high quality fish!
