i have never had an issue dealing with this company. anytime i have had an issue they have dealt with it. whether it was a refund or a warranty. its always a pleasure dealing with saltwater aquarium.com i would and have recommended this company to anyone who has needed of had questions with the saltwater hobbie. thank you guys.

Fast and easy and exactly what I was looking for to complete my tank

I have ordered from Saltwater a number of times and haven’t had any problems. This are good and honest people

I have mixed thoughts about this store. The good thing is their customer service is great and they back up their live fish guarantee the con is that I would say about 1/3 of the fish don't live which I have to say they do back up but that refund has to be on top of another order at regular price. Overall this is a good company and they have always treated me fairly. It is what it is with live fish shipped on an airplane. On a scale of 10 I would give them a 7 on the fish but a 10 on their customer service.
