Great products and customer service

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from Saltwater Fish and I’m expecting the same fast service. Excited to get the new fish I’ve ordered. Thanks, Claude

Service has been excellent. In fact, when an item arrived damaged, the replacement was sent out promptly. Good news is normally items are packed so they arrive in good condition.

Great experience

Ordered a special grade hippo tang. Arrived on time, fish looks good. Gonna qt for a few weeks but so far so good

I feel that if a customer spends over a hundred dollars for a fish then the best shipping should be included with their purchase and not offered priority shipping at the end during check out, it just seems like you are trying to blindside the customer for extra money. After all the animals health is what's important. If priority shipping is the fastest and safest then that is what should be used.

Always great to deal with! I recently had an issue with my shrimp arriving DOA due to a late FEDEX delivery. They replaced it quickly and now he is swimming happily in my tank! Good quality products and shipped with the highest level of product care.
