I've had multiple "dry" orders (not live) and everything has shown up on time and in good condition. I had an issue with one order (2 light brackets) and had to return both of them (scratching my lights). Even though I had thrown away the plastic packaging one of the brackets came in, they were nice enough to refund me in full (good customer support). If my experience changes with this site I'll revise my review accordingly...but so far so good!!

Great prices, free shipping, free add on items on all orders, rewards program and bonus rewards program for military, fire, law and ems. Shipping of salt only 2 days to the west coast. Very fast shipping, my order shipped out the same day I ordered. Customer service was fast.
