We've been using them for 11 months. The best part is visibility, I can log in to their platform or check Salesforce and know what's happening. Our AEs stopped complaining about wasted time, which tells me the meetings are qualified. Worth the investment.

13 of Our First 22 Calling Days Were Wasted on the Wrong Script
We signed with SalesHive in March 2026 for outbound SDR services at $7,000/month. We provided detailed ICP documentation, messaging guidance, and full context on our target market before launch.
Within the first 48 hours, our SDR was using the wrong company name on calls. We flagged this to our account manager via Slack on March 13. That same week, we discovered the calling script did not reflect our ICP, our market positioning, or even the correct CRM platform we serve. The script contained HubSpot terminology for a Salesforce-focused campaign.
This incorrect script remained in use for 13 consecutive calling days (March 11-24). The issue was not identified or corrected by SalesHive. Our team discovered it, escalated it through multiple contacts, and a restructure only happened after we pushed.
During this period, SalesHive booked a meeting and presented it as a qualified result. The prospect was a Salesforce Consultant at a Salesforce implementation firm, a company and role that could have been disqualified in minutes with basic research. This was outside our stated ICP by every measure.
When we terminated and requested a refund based on material breach, SalesHive refused. Their CFO stated they were "not in breach" and claimed a 30-day cure period, though their own published contract terms specify 14 days. They offered to waive the next billing cycle but would not return any fees for the period where the service was fundamentally misexecuted.
We entered this engagement after reviewing SalesHive's public feedback history and raising concerns directly with their sales team. We were told those experiences reflected "previous leadership and a different operating model." What we experienced was indistinguishable from the pattern described in those earlier reviews: misaligned targeting, untrained reps, inflated metrics, and an inability to course-correct when confronted with documented failures.
We do not believe the service we received reflected the representations made during intake. We would not recommend SalesHive to any company that requires strategic, ICP-aligned outbound execution.

We strongly disagree with the characterization presented in this review.
Our team worked closely with your organization throughout onboarding, campaign setup, messaging reviews, and ongoing optimization efforts. Outbound campaigns are iterative by nature, and adjustments to scripts, targeting, and positioning are a standard part of the process during the early stages of engagement.
The claims regarding “material breach” and contractual misconduct are inaccurate. Our agreement terms, including cure provisions and cancellation policies, were clearly documented and reviewed directly with your team. We acted in accordance with those terms throughout the engagement.
It is also important to note that a nearly identical 1-star review was posted by Rachit the day before this review appeared. Since then, nearly a dozen negative reviews have been posted across multiple accounts and review platforms in a coordinated manner. We believe this reflects bad-faith review activity rather than an objective representation of the engagement.
We remain proud of the work we do for hundreds of clients and encourage prospective customers to evaluate the broader body of verified client feedback and long-term partnerships we’ve built over the years.

$7,000 for a misaligned campaign, no accountability, and threats when we disputed
We hired SalesHive for outbound cold calling. What we got: the wrong script running for 13 days, the wrong company name on calls, a "booked meeting" with a prospect that was clearly outside our ICP (a Salesforce consultant at a Salesforce implementation firm), and AI-written deliverables with Hindi character artifacts that were never reviewed before submission.
When we documented this as material breach and requested a refund, their CFO's response was to dispute every point, offer nothing, and warn us that if we "insisted on a refund" they would "pursue all steps to protect their financial interests."
We walked away with zero dollars refunded. They kept $7,000 for a campaign that spent more than half its early days running the wrong script to the wrong audience.
If you are considering SalesHive, read public reviews carefully and ask hard questions before signing anything. Our experience matches a pattern that is well documented across multiple platforms.

This review repeats many of the same allegations already posted across multiple platforms and accounts in what appears to be a coordinated attempt to damage our reputation.
We categorically reject the implication that our team acted dishonestly or failed to engage in good-faith efforts throughout the campaign. As with any outbound engagement, messaging, targeting, and scripting are refined collaboratively during the launch and optimization process. Our team remained actively engaged, responsive to feedback, and aligned with the contractual process throughout the relationship.
The suggestion that there were “threats” is also false. Referencing contractual rights and legal protections in response to refund demands is standard business practice, not intimidation.
It is also worth noting that nearly identical reviews were posted by related individuals and accounts across several review platforms within a very short timeframe. We believe prospective clients deserve transparency about that context when evaluating these claims.
We stand behind our team, our process, and the many successful client partnerships we continue to maintain. We encourage businesses to evaluate the full body of verified client feedback rather than coordinated review campaigns designed to create a misleading narrative.

SalesHive sold us a “dedicated” SDR and they did not deliver
SalesHive sold us a “dedicated” SDR, which we later learned does not mean a full-time, 40-hour-per-week SDR assigned exclusively to your account. Their definition appears to mean the same SDR working across multiple accounts. This distinction was not clearly explained during the sales process.
SalesHive claimed this was an “industry standard” definition. It is not. We vetted several outbound providers in parallel, and all defined “dedicated” as a full-time SDR. Once this discrepancy became clear, we reconfirmed it directly with those competitors.
Notably, SalesHive’s contract does not define “dedicated” at all—an omission we are now addressing with legal counsel in an effort to recover a portion of the fees paid.
Additional red flags included aggressive pressure to ramp during the holidays despite us being a B2B company with minimal holiday activity, as well as required prepayment for services, which is also not standard in this space.
The tech stack is decent but not exceptional, and only a small subset of the team appears to understand it end-to-end. When we requested to exit the engagement due to misaligned expectations caused by the sales process, SalesHive insisted we complete an additional month.
Bottom line: we were sold terms and capabilities that were not delivered. Read the negative reviews carefully before engaging.

AEs actually thanked me
Our AEs stopped complaining once SalesHive took over outbound. That's the best sign I can give.

Actually take feedback seriously
Been with them just under a year. I like that they listen to feedback and act quickly. If messaging isn't hitting, the strategist makes changes right away. That responsiveness is the biggest value for me

Cold Calling Still Works
We are a young start up. We leveraged Saleshive for cold calls to get our Brand out there. We were lucky enough to have Barbara Ochoa as our SDR. She is an Air Force veteran on a mission! The leadership helped us to identify the right people for Barbara to call. They helped to build a sales book as well. We now use that information to train our internal sales team!!

We are very happy with SalesHive
We are very happy with SalesHive. Michael was a great sales person explaining the solution, very patient with us. It is a strong service, and Mia, the onboarder was obviously a seasoned veteran. We would recommend this service to anyone looking to develop their business.
