Witch and Ghost tour during Salem's Haunted…
I went during Salem's Haunted Happenings. Our tour guide, Sam, sent text to advise time and place. He knew his locations and "stories" well. Very accommodating and took the time to talk to individual guests during walk. Ran over an hour, but it was Halloween night. Normally an hour tour. Very much enjoyed.

Informative but with it such a large group our guide should’ve had a headset so we could hear her better.

The story telling was great. But suggesting a beverage without price is annoying I paid $15 for a drink that was meh..

Thanks so much for your feedback. We're happy the storytelling stood out, but we're also sorry to hear about the disappointment with the beverage. Your comments are helpful and will be shared with our team to improve clarity in the future. Hope to see you again!

The company was very helpful in the check in process. Making sure to remind me in the minutes leading up to my tour about when and where it was. As someone with executive functioning problems it was very reliable, I can confirm.
