Purchased the Salcombe Suede Loafers in 12.5 for my son. When they arrived the size showed 46, which in theory would be a size 12. My son had not tried the shoes on as of yet, but I contacted Customer Support to inquire. In less than an hour Steph reached out to discuss how the size 12.5 vs 12 (46) are indeed different sizes regardless of the mark. He also, gave me the option to return for free for a larger size if was needed. Needless to say the fit was true to size, suede is butter soft, and fits like a glove. My son is very happy, and now I have my shopping cart filled with items for myself Best customer experience I've ever had with a company !!

Saint + Vale perfectly executed my order and was very easy to work with. The quality of my linen shirts and shoes were fantastic and I really enjoyed wearing them! When I realized I missed the return period for a shirt(I had gotten 2 of the same one to learn about their sizes) they responded with some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen! I would recommend them to anybody for their friendliness, quality, and overall excellent buying experience !
