I grew up thinking it was weak to ask for help. It was very difficult to work up the courage to pick up the phone and look for a therapist. I was so happy I did, Sailorhealth made the process easy and treated me like an actual person.

I had an initial consult with navigator to discuss therapist fits. None were available that I found as potential fits, so she emailed me several more and i found one and we scheduled within a reasonable time. no hitches. professional and punctual. in addition, their free online wellness zoom classes cover meditation, nutrition, tai chi, balance and strength, etc and creates a small community that is in real time. amazing extra benefit for clients.

Thank you fo the profession therapy and wellness services you provide to seniors! Three years this December I attempted suicide. I was hospitalized, participated in a daily out patient therapy program for three months. In March 2024 I was 68 years old unable to locate a provider to provide mental health therapy at a cost I could afford on my social security income that Medicare benefits would accept. The cost in March 2024 was between $240-$300/per session, $960-$1200/monthly. Between April 2024- Feb 2026 I struggled with medication management, intermittent mental health therapy until I found Sailor Heath!!! I began services with Sailor Health in March 2026. Lillian McBeth is my therapist. She is a gift from God. She is an outstanding therapist. She has lead me out of severe major depression. I was spending 23/hrs a day in bed, only stepping outside when absolutely necessary. She provides me with guidance, provides an alternate view point to me and leading me back to a better, healthier version of myself. Each week we discuss my current life events. It is with her help that I am learning a better way to manage my life. I restarted medications for depression in April. I am participating in life again!! Lillianne has successfully guided me in how to manage current life events. Soon we will begin begin the work of a traumatic childhood filled with sexual abuse, an alcoholic and violent dysfunction. Sailor Health made a real difference in me and my family's life. My grandmother lost her daughter and husband in the past two years, just broke her arm, and she has been dealing with grief and pain all alone. Her therapist at Sailor Health is helping her work through the grief, and her advocate got her regular check ins as she is recovering from the fall that broke her arm. When she calls the customer number the support team help her as if she was their own family. Now that she feels supported, I feel supported. Our whole family is grateful to them every day.

Very responsive. Excellent therapist was assigned to me. Easy to set up appts and communicate with therapist. No billing headaches with Medicare. In addition they offer free classes to supplement your therapy. I have been telling all my friends who are seniors about them. It’s nearly impossible to get a provider who accepts Medicare for mental health visits anymore. This is a great service

I turned to SailorHealth for a psycologist and have met with one many times, a PsyD who is absolutely wonderful, highly recommented. In the beginning I did have some issues with billing but they seem to have gotten much better, recently.
