Less than one star, SH blocks people off permanently even if their phone number was wrongly written upon sign up. No quarter. No mercy. All for the boss. Typical of all pseudo mental health around these parts, no exceptions. NO correction, but repeated lies are fine. This should happen to the employees there!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!

The Sailor Health website is inaccessible. Also, the rep lied to me about what further was necessary as I clearly qualified. I'm a retired lawyer and I'm initiating litigation against them in Califronia.

No consistent care- therapists cancel, or just dont show at appointment time with no message or notice. A day later give you another appointment and time with no input from you to make up. One department schedules appointment but seems not coordinated with therapist who then messages they can’t be there. Of 8 attempts at therapy, 6 no shows, cancellations, new therapists assigned. Two actual sessions! Unprofessional, inconsistent and damaging to one’s mental health to put up with and constantly have to call and contact them

I was scheduled over a week ago for a pre consult call with a care provider. I received numerous emails and texts to confirm this appt. Up to 30 minutes before call. Then I got a text saying provider was "out sick"? What a waste of time!!

Very unprofessional. After first “get to know you session”, therapist dropped the ball by not responding, after asking for feedback on articles she requested. Then, scheduled first zoom session, and the therapist was a no show. After all that, I get a bill for the get to know you session. Total scam.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Sailor Health. What initially appeared to be a company that valued its employees and encouraged professional growth ultimately left a very different impression. Communication and transparency were lacking, and the way important decisions were handled felt unprofessional and poorly communicated. When employees invest their time, energy, and expertise into an organization, they deserve honesty, respect, and clear communication in return. Unfortunately, based on what I’ve seen, I would have serious reservations about recommending Sailor Health to someone considering working there. A company’s true culture is often revealed by how it handles difficult situations, and this experience left a very negative impression.

After about 4 weeks of connectivity issues, unreliable councellors, promises unkept and poor communication, I finally gave up. These people are so disorganized and inconsistent. When people are hurting and already going through a mental health crisis, why would you set people up to fail like this? If you want reliable mental Healthcare, don't waste your time here.

I scheduled an intake appointment a week in advance. After excessive text reminders, even receiving one two hours before the appointment reminding me my appointment was in 2 hours, 1 hour before the appointment I get a text message saying the intake specialist is ill, the appointment is canceled and I should reschedule. Ahh, NO!
