Give me envelope once survey is completed I feel sago is taking advantage Still waiting I provided ontime feedback in return you promised me a payment. I haven't received anything not even email or phone message

Experiencing same problem with SAGO as the others. Requested virtual payment 7/2 and 7/5 and still haven’t been paid. It was never an issue under Schlesinger. SAGO also had the gall to call me again to participate in another study. I declined saying that I never got paid for the previous ones. I filed a BBB report. I don’t know if someone is embezzling or behind on bills or what, but they need to get it together.

This company’s failure to not pay or process payments in a timely manner is unacceptable. Sago doesn’t does not respond to you emails through Help desk. Only an automated response . No payment since 6/28/24. I ordered a Visa Virtual card on that day.

I have been doing surveys for Schlessinger Group for years, but then Sago took over. I will never do another survey for this company, and I will be posting on social media as well. It takes so long to get paid that I might as well be back in the days of paper surveys and six to eight weeks for the payment. If you contact them, you get the generic "running late for payment, please be patient" tactic. Never again!

never received incentive. They do not answer emails. There is no phone number to contact them when it came time for me to participate. They certainly reached out now. They’ve gone silent so frustrating. Do not participate in any of their surveys.

I never received my incentive for time spent providing my feedback. I redeemed the payment for VIRTUAL gift cards, thinking those would process quicker; however, weeks late, and I still have not received them.

Recently completed 2 studies and have not been paid in the allotted time frame stated on their site. I just wish I would have checked the reviews before providing my time and opinion.

I recently completed a survey for a different research company called Zeldis Research. The entire process went quite well until it came time for the incentive payment. I reached out to the researcher who had set up the study and imagine my surprise when I see someone at Sago cc'd on the email. Having had one miserable experience with Sago in the past where they didn't respond to any communications about payment and didn't pay for months past the original expected payment date, I would have never willingly worked with them again. Now I'm back in the same situation where I haven't been paid and no one is responding to me. Keep an eye on those email addresses and pay better attention than I did. Looks like Sago has started working through other research companies on the sly.
