HORRIBLE company! It takes forever to get an incentive. This company keeps an automated response that they are having a larger than expected amount of requests and then you never hear from them. I’m reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. They need to either hire more employees or quit the survey business!!!

So far this company owes me $335. I did a survey for them on Feb 28th. Finally got the incentive that had been processing for 5 weeks with a virtual card and the card does not work despite me activating it. I will never do another survey with sago again.

I participated in an online food research study on 2/6/25, but I have yet to receive the $70.00 incentive as of today, which is 56 days later. My Focus Group wallet still reads, "Processing." Yesterday I contacted the help desk and received only a bounce back response saying that they will respond, but I have heard nothing further. After having read other Trustpilot reviews of this company's participants having the same non-payment and non-communication issues, I am unfortunately not hopeful of a good outcome. Edited to add: I received payment after 60 days and allowing sago.com to read this review. I would only accept an assignment from this company if you are prepared to deal with the months-long wait period to receive payment. In contrast, I have worked with other companies that paid within 24-48 hours.

If I could give zero stars i would. I did a focus group February 19th finally got the points on the 1st of March, redeemed them for a virtual visa card now it's April 1st and still nothing. They have no one to speak to directly and the email help is abysmal. My advice don't do surveys for them go to anywhere else because this is ridiculous.

Am 23. Januar 2025 habe ich an der Studie "Reisen" teilgenommen. Nach 6 Wochen habe ich mich bei der Firma "Sago" telefonisch gemeldet und nach dem Stand der Überweisung nachgefragt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass es bis zu 8 Wochen dauern kann. Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme (8 Wochen) wurde mir versichert, dass die Buchführung das Studiengeld (Incentive) auszahlt. Bis jetzt ist keine Zahlung auf meinem Konto zu sehen. Ich werde weitere rechliche Schritte einleiten.

It’s been 20 days since I redeemed for a virtual visa giftcard and I still haven’t received my payment. I went as far as contacting them, no answer so I went ahead and filed a report with BBB and still nothing. I need my money. I’ve already completed the research and it’s only right to get paid what I was promised.

Pure and simple. It's now 4 months later and I still haven't been paid. I've sent numerous emails and did get responses. But no $. The nerve of these people.
