I have had SageSure Insurance for almost 6 years now, and have never made a claim. We had several bad storm come through and my roof is leaking and leaving brown spots on the ceiling. My claim got denied, they said my deductible is higher than the payout, so denied. We keep getting rain storms, and not only is the water still coming in and making things worse, the agent advised me to put a tarp on the roof to avoid further damage. Are you kidding me???? My husband and son had to get on the roof to tarp it. Not only is my husband a disabled veteran, he recently had back surgery, and he had to get on the roof to tarp it! He said the roof feels like it's soft in some areas and he is scared he will fall thru! I am absolutely disgusted with this! Not only am I a loyal customer, but I am also a Mortgage Broker who has binded insurance policies for almost all my clients with SageSure. That will no longer be the case! My other property is covered with Allstate, and I didn't have these kind of issues with them! You are better off with Allstate!

Sagesure made sure to process the claim quickly and made each step easy

I had roof damage from a hail storm. I had a roofing company evaluate my roof, and their evaluation and photos showed hail damage. I then asked a second engineering roofing contractor to look at my roof. They also found hail damage. I made a claim with Sage Sure including photos and Sage Sure rejected the claim. They asked me to get another evaluation of my roof. I did what they asked and submitted another roofing contractor's evaluation of my roof with photos, which also showed hail damage. They rejected that claim. My contractor requested that Sage Sure send an engineer to my home, and their "independent" engineer said there was no damage. I had 3 independent roofing contractors look at my roof and all noted hail damage. The Sage Sure engineer was the only one who said there was no damage. I made sure to get evaluations of my roof by legitimate roofing companies that have had long-standing businesses in my area. These evaluations were not made by guys in trucks driving around my neighborhood. If I didn't have a mortgage on my home, I would not be spending money on worthless ins and would pay myself to have a home repair savings account. *** Edited to now add that I appreciate that someone from Sage Sure responded to my negative review right away. They also left me a vm message and a phone number to call them back. I have called back 3 times now, left a message each time and still no response. Their initial response to my review was on May 20. It is now May 27, so it's been over a week with no response to my 3 vm messages. So not sure if they posted their response just to make it look like they are interested in what I had to say, but actually don't care to follow up, or wanted to give the impression that they care about a negative review by a customer. After their multiple rejections of the claim to my roof, I let it go. What I'm posting now has all been prompted by their response to my review.

This is a trash company. They make you get the police report. It is virtually impossible to get in contact with the adjuster.

The representative was great to deal with. Explained each step and what I should do . The adjuster came and found an area in question . They claim this area was the cause of the leak and was the last roof installers workmanship ( 20 years ago ) . The roofer replaced entire roof and disagrees with the adjuster . This area was no where near the wind blown damage . So I am waiting on the rep to review this claim and get back to me
