Worst insurance company ever. You have choices. Don't waste your time or money with this insurer. We paid our premiums annually, in full. But when we decided to terminate, it took almost 3 months to get issued a refund. I has to contact the state insurance commission and DOJ for an investigation. The moment they receive your cancelation, the games begin. They definitely aren't the cheapest but they are the most unscrupulous and non compliant company. They uses local agents. Our was Chabert Insurance. They are equally useless and money grabbing aminals.

I would like to write a second review to update everyone that my claim is now ONE YEAR AND 5 MONTHS old and my house is still under construction because they won't settle the claim. They did, however, raise my insurance from $5,000 to $8,000 per year even though they haven't paid for the repairs.

Claim filed 8/21/26. Currently 9/17/26- 4 weeks later. After they initially reached out, communication is kind of awful. 6 emails - 2 responses 5 calls - 1 call back 2 texts - no response Asked for written explanation of next steps. Weary of ripped up precarious flooring and half-ripped out kitchen and pests getting in the house and foraging for food

I didn't have any issues until I had to file a claim. The damages occurred August 18th. I've been purchasing fast-food and walking on concrete since that time. I don't have a kitchen at all. My adjuster only tell me whatever I ask nothing more. Depreciation was taken out although my entire home been upgraded. I'm so lost and confused I expected this to be much smoother $31800 yet I'm not sure about anything anymore. This is my second estimate not including floors. I guess I will continue walking on concrete. Everyone seems to have gone silent.

You deny blatant hail damage and screw over homeowners. Hope your business drops into the bowels of hell, you scammers. Update to your response about me contacting you after making my initial comments... "FORGET ABOUT IT!" I stand by my statements and am now spreading the word on every social media platform I can reach out to. All of the negative reviews on your company are valid, and I hope everyone does their due diligence and stays far away from you, as you are as crooked as they come.

Stay far, far, far away from SageSure! They've already replied to my bad review on another site. They do this so other folks reading the review think they care and want to make things right. Trust me, they DO NOT care whatsoever. Filing an insurance claim for hail damage to our roof with SageSure has been horrible. The majority of our neighbors have had their roofs replaced by their insurance companies for the same hail events. SageSure took months to finally get back to us to state that they acknowledge that there is hail damage on our fascia trim, siding, and gutters but somehow not to our roof. Please make this make sense. They stated that we can dispute this, which we've tried to do via our roofing contractor, but he can't seem to get a hold of anyone. SageSure is a prime example of why people hate insurance companies. They just want you to feed them money but don't want you to ever file a claim. Depending on how the rest of our experience goes throughout our dispute, I may update my review(s) to reflect a positive experience or contact the BBB to report my terrible experience. If anyone has had a similar experience, I would reach out to the BBB also. 7/23/2026: My contractor provided photos that clearly show evidence of hail damage. SageSure has stated that they're standing by their determination that there's no hail damage. Only my gutters, siding, and fascia took hail damage. So, it damaged all of that, as well as all of my neighbors roofs but somehow missed our roof that faces up toward the sky at multiple angles. I'll be reporting them to the BBB. As stated above, I would report them if you've been wronged by them.

My policy in 2024 was under $2000. In 2025, it went up to mid $3,000. Now the policy was listed at $10,000. then lowered to $7,000, not notice given. I had been required to get a new roof, $26,000, a new fence,$8,ooo and cut back shade trees, $5,000. I am a senior lady 83 years old. I complied but it has made a huge negative input on how I live. I was give a new policy number which I was un aware of and for 2 years could not get any updates online. Last year when My policy went up I had no idea until I saw my new mortgage payment. I called my brokeand he said Sage Sure had been given a 48% rate increase okay in California. I called Sage Sure and while the person was nice, I got no answers or really any caring about my plight. She referred me back to my agent. I have never filed a claim in my life and I advise everyone to stay clear of this rip off company. I will have a new company when Sage Sure expires in Augus.t

the glowing reviews on this site must be fake. Look them up on BBB, while their rating is an A+, which they had to have paid for, just read the reviews and complaints because they are all one star with many saying they would give negative stars. I never had to make a claim, but just the fact, I got my policy renewal in the mail today and my premium was raised over FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS, from last year, is enough to give this company the boot, and to read how they deny claims, mislead people and take forever to address the claims they do take care of is enough for me, just makes my decision even easier. This company is BAD, do not believe the reviews on this site, they are clearly bogus.
