The initial contact with my claim was with my adjuster. She was very helpful and we were told when to expect the field adjuster. The adjuster was prompt, knowledgeable and very thorough. We really appreciated the SageSure app. This was great. It was used to keep trac of the claim and it contained all the information needed if I needed to make an inquiry.

Everyone has different issues, problems and experiences. As for me, I'm no different. Hurricane Beryl caused damage to my property. My adjuster Ms. Hernadez showed concern and understood my needs.
