There’s always a certain amount of concern buying products online. Particularly for large purchases like jewellery. I chose SA Gems after reading a number of positive reviews. After choosing what I thought to be an excellent diamond (3 x excellent rating), I was contacted by Monil by phone, who advised that the diamond was more expensive due to its IGI rating, however he had chosen three larger stones which he thought I may be more happy with. I trusted his judgment and chose one of his recommended options. Communication was awesome throughout the process and the ring arrived safe and sound. It is absolutely beautiful and I am thrilled with the quality, workmanship and appearance. Just spectacular. I’d recommend SA Gems to anyone looking for a beautiful ring and wonderful service. I recently worked with S.A. Gems to design a custom engagement ring and the experience was excellent. The team was so patient with me as I asked for quite a few changes to the CAD mock-up to get it exactly how I wanted it. They were really accommodating throughout the whole process. They were always open and quick to respond. The shipping to Australia was seamless. My partner is absolutely over the moon with the final result.
