Really easy to deal with and made sure the ring was exactly what I wanted. They really met my expectations! Quality and workmanship is outstanding for their price. Only issue was with freight due to some missed information I believe and but S.A.Gems got onto it quickly and kept me updated along the way until the ring arrived in my possession.

My purchasing experience was very smooth and easy, they communicated very well and kept me updated along the way. I however have a few issues with the fit and finish, slight off center prong and the center stone is a little off level.

Communication was great, but the reason for 4 stars; had to follow up on my arrival date as did not receive item when was told it would arrive. Also promised a minor refund for inconvenience and have not seen it come back to me yet. That said, item is beautiful.

Great ring but there were shipping issues, the customer service was great at communicating and fixing the issues. The reason for 4 stars is...I haven't had this ring for a month and my stone already came out/off of the setting. Luckily I was able to find my stone!
