Low rates than others

Laura Soderberg reached out immediately after I submitted an inquiry. She was extremely thorough, listened to understand my situation and helped me from start to finish to ensure I got the best rate, closing costs and support to get to my closing date within an expedited timeframe. I would absolutely use Sage again in the future, and would love to work with Laura again.

For starters, I appreciate that Sage has information available online regarding different rate options without having to go through dozens of phone calls and emails. I worked with Paul Grady at Sage Home Loans on a refinance, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the beginning, Paul was incredibly helpful, communicative, and responsive. Even when I initially decided to go a different direction, he was never pushy and he simply asked if he could check in from time to time in case he found me a better loan option. Even if the offer had been the same as the one I was planning on, I would have switched to Paul because the vibes were just better and I didn't feel intimidated or pressured like I did with several of the other companies that I reached out to when I started this process. Every person involved in the process including the realtors and closing company also commented on how great the experience was and on top of that the rates were extremely competitive in the current market.
