Zero help on the weekends
Zero help on the weekends, which if you are like most people you would be doing this class on the weekend. The security questions are not what I would consider normal, so remembering the answers was not as easy as it should have been. Had I fully understood the amount of times security questions would be asked I would have made a note on them. My wife was getting ready to have major surgery (had major things going on) and I got the security questions wrong and since there is ZERO help on the weekend I had to wait for assistance and by the time I got the assistance my wife was in the hospital. There are several quiz questions that are poorly written (poorly is being nice). If I start to nitpick some of the images where just out of place; talking about posted speed limits 55, 65, 75 the image shows 60; and image of a car, driver, and passenger with the driver on the righthand side of the car (we are not in the UK). If you need to take the course there might be better options or worse, not sure, but this was my experience.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, Brian. We’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced, especially given everything you were dealing with at the time. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to be able to get help over the weekend, and we’ll be reviewing how we can improve our support availability. We've extended our weekend customer service shift to help address any students who need assistance over the weekend. You also raised some important points about the security questions, quiz wording, and images. These are exactly the kinds of details we want to get right, so your comments are very helpful. We really appreciate you taking the course with us and for taking the time to share such thorough feedback—it will help us make the program better for future students.
