All went well until I hit a question…
All went well until I hit a question that was coded wrong - on a Friday and couldn't continue. Since it was my last day, I have to get an extension on Monday. I had correct answers, they didn't. They were nice enough to call and admit the problem was on their end, but not early enough to allow me to finish by end of day and not able to give the extension, so there ya go. I finished today (Saturday).. entering the wrong answer and proceeding through it. Not happy that I have to ask for the extension on a Monday morning, but at least it's done. I just wish circumstances didn't push me out to the last day, then this might not have been such an issue. Otherwise, everything was good.

They drag it out
I would rate this a five star if they didn't FORCE you to sit 10 minutes on each page taking more like 8 hours of misery!!!!
Response from Safety Sense SolutionsOct 13, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Kevin. We understand how the timers can feel frustrating, but they’re required by state regulations to ensure all licensed providers meet the same participation standards. We truly appreciate you taking the time to complete the course and share your experience — and we’ll keep working to make it as smooth and engaging as possible.

Constant quiz retakes
The material was easy enough to get through; however, I would've preferred to know which question(s) I got wrong before having to retake the quizzes. Having to answer all the questions over again and not knowing which one(s) were wrong made it painful. I actually retook a couple of the quizzes more than 5 times to modify answers I thought were already correct.
Response from Safety Sense SolutionsSep 10, 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Polly. We're glad to hear you found the material easy to work through, but we also understand how frustrating it must have been to retake quizzes without knowing exactly which questions were missed. The way quizzes are structured depends on the state’s requirements, and in some states we’re not permitted to indicate which questions were answered incorrectly. That restriction is set by regulation, not by us, and we have to follow those rules in order to stay certified. That said, we’ll review your experience and see if there are any improvements we can make within those guidelines to help reduce frustration. We really appreciate you taking the course with Safety Sense Solutions and taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback.
