Steve Thompson is a delight to deal with during the product identification process. I'm a bit perturbed that the company chose not to provide accelerated terms (1% discount) for paying the invoice within 10 days. Other than that - I'm pleased with the company.

Service I received was excellent. We needed railings for our bakery plant, and I found the products offered by Safety Rail fit our needs perfectly, providing a professional looking setup that we wouldn't have been able to get locally, and for a competitive price. Sales rep was responsive and easy to deal with. I ordered about 50' of railing, and when we installed it, there was an issue with one of the pieces being too long. It was a situation where Safety Rail Company might have been within their rights to say "Buyer Beware", and that I should have known better. However, when I contacted our sales rep, he was totally understanding and offered to send us a new piece to solve our problem. The piece arrived quickly, despite our location not being easy to ship to. So Safety Railing made a loyal customer out of me with fantastic service!
