Easy ordering

The overall selection and purchase experience was good. There was a response related to a manufacturing issue with yellow paint failure on the galvanized coating, which was originally selected, then switched to galvanized only. The ability to select the railing sections in varying 1' increments from 3' - 7' is why Safety Rail Company was selected.

Outstanding customer service. Product delivered as expected and is high quality. Would have been 5 stars but it seems this may have been sitting somewhere for a while as there is already some dry rot on some rubber sections. Still very pleased.

Alysa and the team have been great to work with. There were a few missing bolts and nuts on the components we’ve received this point. The vertical rails supporting the guard rails don’t need pins and they had pins in them. Because of the material we’re cranking the support So we can’t over tighten it or will crack the the wall so when we mount the gate on it we can’t get it to go straight

Steve Thompson is a delight to deal with during the product identification process. I'm a bit perturbed that the company chose not to provide accelerated terms (1% discount) for paying the invoice within 10 days. Other than that - I'm pleased with the company.
