Unreliable. Once we realized the blatant malevolence they have towards their employees we found a different company to work with. It’s no wonder there’s all the problems; Pay half the wages, deservingly get half the dedication from your staff and hi turnover. It shows substantially in how our interactions went as well as the lack of quality overall. Not one of us would recommend doing business with them.

Beware of this place. They are crooks at the store located at: 24300 Sherwood Ave, Center Line, MI 48015 . I asked for 4 bolts, 7/8" x 4" with lock washers and nuts. The guy never gave me the price. He asked for my CC and completed the sale. I never looked at the receipt cause I was in a hurry to get back to the jobsite. When I got back and looked at the receipt they charged me $70 for 4 bolts. I immediately drove back and returned them. Drove up to Tractor Supply and bought the exact same bolts for $21. More than 3 times the cost? Customer service is bad to. Had to wait outside as they only had curbside service which is ridiculous as everything is open now even health clubs. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
