The worst run company that I have ever dealt with from corporate to out of state sales people to Minnesota Safe Step. Spent months trying to have a rain head shower put in.One out of state guy took a deposit and said he would install it and they never made contact with me for install for over 3 months. Minnesota Safe Step said they could not install these and then they said they could. The third time they said they do not do this after the tub has been installed and that was with an attitude. Save yourself some frustration as I will never do business with this unorganized company again. They are not customer service oriented.

Everything, except the tub was installed and is so tight to the toilet the lid no longer fits. Salesman promised a lot of things that we not done. All towel racks are gone, but I have large holes instead where they were attached. Evidently the salesman has no idea what the installers are going to do except install the tub. Of course it's Elder Abuse and fraud, in my opinion. We're afraid to use the tub not knowing what else may be wrong.

Had a safestep tub installed on August 28th. It looks like crap because the walls They built around it are uneven. The corners are sharp and the caulking is nasty. I have contacted SafeStep and they sent a guy out twice. They will not fix it unless you are on their time. Contacted BBB and they sent someone again. No call, no show. They tried to get me to agree to their terms before the date the guy was supposed to be here but requested more time. The guy didn't show so I told them no. They called and set up for a guy to be out today the 28th of August. Again no call, no show!

This company uses their strong sales approach to take advantage of elderly people over the phone. This company took my mother for $1000 for a service that she did not need and did not get. When I called to intervene, there was a sales rep by the name of Mike who was very very rude and defensive. This company does not want to return my mom’s deposit that they coerced her into giving .Please be aware they are scammers. Please, let’s all take a stand and protect our elderly loved one from this company.

What is a down fall I live in a home with two disabled people and they wanted 23000 dollars to do the job and they don't accept Medicare Medicare or other information knowing and seeing we are on a tight budget. Like the perks suck as the lottery draw.

The sales lady didn't say a word about having to buy a new hot water heater. Ours is only 5 yrs old but this tub takes 80 gal. It was installed 6 wks ago and we haven't been able to use it yet because the drain won't close and it runs out of hot water after running enough to cover your feet. I have called 4 times and spoke with our sales lady 2 times but nobody will contact us. My husband hates it. It cost $22,899.00 and is the worse investment we have ever made. I was told I could fit my dogs in it to bathe them. A lie. I can hardly fit me. The door swings in leaving you no room for your legs. We just want our old tub and shower back. Don't waste your time or money.

The most expensive walk in tub around.Its about $25,000 in Oct.2023 for a jetted tub installed. No thank you
