I am so happy that I decided to purchase the SafeStep tub. I did not feel comfortable standing in a shower so I bought a bath stool. It was uncomfortable and I still had to step in and out of a regular tub. I was no longer enjoying my shower. With the SafeStep I feel totally secure and safe getting in and out. It is so much more then a bath for cleanliness. The micro bubbles are making my skin feel so much softer and look less crape. The water jets are so relaxing you want to just sit back and enjoy for awhile. Since I started using the SafeStep my back has stopped bothering me and my knee is no longer hurting from arthritis. I just feel better all over. One neat thing, when you get out your fingers and toes are not all puckered up. That is from the micro bubbles that exfoliate the skin and make it more moist so you don't feel like a prune when you get out. The SafeStep is the best investment I have made for my safety and feel I will be able to live alone in my house for many years to come. I would recommend the SafeStep to anyone. Young or old (like me) it is a great product. It is well made. The installers were so friendly and knowledgeable and when they left there was nothing for me to have to clean up. The guarantee is the best I have ever seen for any product. I cannot say enough good things about SafeStep and the people who represent it. They filled the tub, showed me how to use all the buttons and controls, and answered all of my questions before they left. The one thing I really like is the light rotation, I find it really relaxing. If you have been thinking about it, stop thinking and call for a nice representative to come to your home and explain it all to you. They are not pushy because they know the product sells itself. I love it, I love it, I love it.

The sales associate spent a fair amount of time explaining the product, installation requirements - no pressure to purchase. I researched the company and their products prior to the appointment, so I had pointed questions all of which were answered to my satisfaction. The installation team worked fairly diligently, protected the floors, stairs and various work area prior to beginning the work and cleaned up the area prior to departure. The installation looked very professional and most importantly, I am very happy with the product.

Tub is great and installation was fair. Did have concerns with certain parts of the project but all were address in a timely manner

Wonderful to be able to take a bath/shower without having to have someone home in case I fell getting in or out of the tub!!! Very relaxing! Only complaint is that I never received the welcome basket I was told I would get!

I love my safe step tub wish I had got it sooner it's almost the same as getting in my hot tub, I will put Pandora on my phone and have a glass of wine and just relax and it's so easy to get in and out of just love it ,Margie

BOTH THE SALESMAN AND THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE TUB. THE INSTALLER WENT THROUGH EVERY FEATURE ON THE TUB. THE TUB IS EVERYTHING IT SHOULD BE AND MORE. IT IS A JOY TO GET INTO AND USE. LOVE IT. THANK YOU.
