Competent and timely…
Competent and timely installation–following a pretty thorough pre-sales consultation (sales pitch). Not "cheap" in any sense...be sure you need and can afford it.

I love this company
I love this company. From the gentlemen who put in the tub to the secretary who helped us get the amt put on credit cards we had great treatment. We love everything about this.

Excellent service!
Excellent service! We had scheduled an appointment with a rival company (American Standard) the same day for estimates, and they never showed up, didn't even call! We were on a tight schedule and the entire Safe Step crew was helpful and accommodating from scheduling the estimate through job completion, and THEY made it happen! They kept their word, were courteous, friendly and we had the best experience. It was an expensive investment, but worth every penny for the look on my mom's face! You get what you pay for and in this instance, we got the best!

I haven't tried it yet but my wife uses…
I haven't tried it yet but my wife uses it and is completely satisfied. It is the envy of all her ladyfriends. We have zero problems and zero complaints. The installers did s fantastic job and it looks great. This is a 90 year old ranch house with all walls being concrete! Safe Step has our highest recommendation.

My parents installed a walk-in tub and…
My parents installed a walk-in tub and then just 2 months later moved to a continuing care facility. Safe Step agreed to move the tub for an extremely reasonable price. They went so far above and beyond what I ever would have expected; working with the facility's various requirements and making it seamless for my parents and me. They did everything for us - and faster than they quoted. Both my parents use their tub every day. They love it, It significantly improves the quality of their lives. I can't praise these people enough. All of their staff exceed expectations.

The tub has surpassed our expectations…
The tub has surpassed our expectations and has been a joy to me, my wife, my 30 year old daughter, 4 year old grandson and our 14 year old standard poodle who enjoyed a spa day in the tub. The controls are large, simple to use and conveniently located
