The Safe Step Tub experience has been o.k.…
The Safe Step Tub experience has been good, however the aftermath not so much. There is some leaking after the water has drained. I also have to get my bathroon door frame replaced. The entire frame was destroyed during installation of the tub.

Recommended!
I must say this experience has been informative. They were on time, and on task. The demo was quick and the install took into account my choices when one was requested. The install chief was dedicated to clean up. The only thing he didn't do was to wash the bathroom floor. I would recommend.

Walk-In Shower
Overall the experience was pretty good just took a long time to get everything in and due to some unexpected problems it took two full days to fo the install. My wife and I are for the most part satisfied with the shower.

So much was very good.
So much was very good. We discovered after the installation that we don't have enough hot water to fill the tub. We acknowledge we were advised this might be the case, but if the SafeStep salesman would have checked or strongly advised we check right at the beginning, we could have had this issue resolved before the tub was installed, saving us 2 additional weeks of having a tub sitting unused. Additionally, the installation team could have been more careful in protecting our walls and doorways, or the salesman could have recommended we add edge protection ahead of time. The installation team was diligent in performing their work and completed the installation in one day.

Hi this William & Irmgard Sample. Our Experience with the works that did the job ( Install the walk in Shower) was very good took their time. And made sure everything fitted properly and cleanup behind their self I would recommend them anytime to do job.

I previously wrote a negative review…
I previously wrote a negative review regarding service on my safe step tub however the review was correct at the time the issue was finally fixed on yesterday. It did take numerous phone call to the service department and waiting nearly 3 months to get the tub fixed but after speaking with a supervisor yesterday the repairman came out yesterday and took care of the problem.
