Salesman was polite and answered all…
Salesman was polite and answered all questions. Made suggestions to improve our purchase experience. The install team was also polite and answered any and all questions. Explained the operation clearly and with demonstrations. Would recommend to anyone considering the purchase of a step-in tub.

Our walk in tub is a great improvement…
Our walk in tub is a great improvement to our home. For the first time in three years I am able to enjoy a bath again. The quality is great, and the installers were professional and thorough. I’m very happy with the outcome.

Very happy with our walk in tub
Very happy with our walk in tub. It helps her feel comfortable and safe when it’s time to get in the tub. The Rail guards helps when its time to stand safely. The seat heater could stand to get a little hotter seems like it’s not on. Glad we made the purchase.

Outstanding craftsmanship
The Safe Step Walk-In Tub company was terrific. The tub is beautiful. I love it. They were very quick and efficient on the installation and very concerned and caring that I should be satisfied. Which I totally was. I and my visiting family have enjoyed it immensely. My son has some mobility issues so he especially loved it because he didn't have to get down into a tub to enjoy himself and relax. Only one problem that I have encountered and I could remedy that myself. The part to close and open the tub to drain the water has a little handle that came loose and fell off and I had a tub full of water to get rid of. I found the handle and screwed it in a little tighter and so far so good. Just have to make sure it doesn't get loose again. I am very pleased.

Safe Step Walk-In Tub is by far the best choice we ever made. I can’t tell you enough how comfortable and relaxing it is to lean back, relax, and have all your problems just “Float” away.
