Over the Top
The 4 gentlemen where very professional, courteous, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves as if they were not here. Additionally they answered all our questions and did not leave until we had a full understanding how to correctly use the tub

My New Retreat
I missed having a soaking tub when I moved into my new house but now I gave the ultimate, with all kinds of bells & whistles. I love relaxing and listening to music as I relax. The installation was quick, and the installers were polite, showing me how to get started. My new retreat!

We are very happy with our tub and…
We are very happy with our tub and service! There were a few issues we wanted addressed and they immediately scheduled an app to fix our concerns. We think the seat should be set back further as shutting the door could be tricky with bad hips. Also we would move the drain further back so its not stepped on when getting in. We are very happy with company and tub!

Installer was right on time and did exactly what he said he would do. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did or with the tub. His instructions were clear and we use the tub every day

From the BIRDS…
We were extremely satisfied with workmanship and expertise of the installer after he had completed the installation. He then gave us a very informative review of the workings of the tub and all controls. Before he was done he cleaned the entire area and removed material that was not used and all scrap material that was left over. I gave him a great big 5 STARS for a job well done. we love our Safe Step Walking Tub we wished we had done it years ago.. Thank you very much...
