The salesman and process was easy but the installation and tub was not up to my expectations. They showed up on date scheduled. The installation was sloppily done. Picked trash up out of my garage, yard and home. The caulk was all over everything!!!! I will never get it to look decent. The water temp was not warm enough, it is still draining unless i stand on the drain valve and hold lever for varying length of time. We called the day after installation and had to threaten to stop payment on check but they still haven’t shown up and its been 8 days. Should’ve just fixed my hot tub and saved the $16,000.00. Is definitely not worth it.

We ordered a safe step shower in late May 2021. We were told that Covid had not affected them at present. Today, 8/31/2021, we are still waiting for the shower. I had to call them in mid to late June and was told they were low on foam and metal parts. In Mid July, they called and said 30 more days, in mid August I called again and was told they will call their distributor for a delivery date. No word from them yet. Very disappointing as they requested half of the cost up front. Apparently there are two safe step tub companies- ours was ordered from the company that is in Tennessee and calls come from Minnesota(area 952).

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE! I bought this tub for my mother years ago and it lasted in good condition for maybe a year. Ever since then the gets don't work, leaks, takes forever to fill and now its leaking through my floor into my basement!!!!!!! I have to now pay someone to take this piece of garbage out and get a different tub altogether and pray that my floors don't rot!!!! There was water dripping onto my basement floor and mold starting to form. Im filing a complaint with BBB and get some of my money back on this. Worst investment ever and horrible customer service when we did call. They want $300 just to come out to the house. HIGHWAY robbery much??????? Update: I received a very unprofessional email back and these people only call when it's it's that cannot help. Who sends an email and not even have a name at the end and contact info????? Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Shame on them

I’ve had my overrated tub for several months, it drips uncontrollably, my shower head leaked off the top, all the calking turned a gross yellow, I am very disappointed in the tub, I owe 18,000 on a piece of crap as far as I’m concerned, the service is non existent! I’ve called them so many times with no results! Please do not buy this tub! You will be so sorry!

Was told it would be a 2Day install, 3 at most. It is already day 4 and the installer just informed us it won’t be done today. Installer arrives late, leaves early, leaves to run errands, asks for coffe, would pause many times to watch our tv, and on day 4 while bringing the tub in, gouged our bamboo floors in 3 places! Very noticeable. 😡 Bumped the front door frame while bringing the tub in too. Tub edges also damaged.

Extremely dissatisfied with everything about this product. Installers caused damage to plaster walls with deep gouging, failed to remove the old shower pipe that protruded from the wall and the design flaw of the tub itself allows water to flow freely outside of the enclosure when showering. I have never regretted any previous major purchase more than this!

I Do Not like the safe step tub !! I'm 6' tall, and when to tub is full of water, the water comes up just above my belly. When I scoot forward to try to get deeper in the tub, the water level is at the same place, about the top of my belly, and is Not comfortable ! I called safe step and complained, and was Not satisficed with the conversation. Pretty much, I signed a contract, and I'm stuck with it. I hate this tube ! I see a commercial on tv with pat boone setting in the tub with the water up to his neck, and it makes me angry ! the tub should be about 5" higher for taller people ! If I had known this, I sure as Heck would have Not purchase it ! I'm sick to my stomach about the whole experience !! I only use it every now and then, hoping I like it, but it's very uncomfortable !!! I dislike it more and more, each time I use it ! It's not worth the money, buyer beware !!
