I purchased the tub for my mother, Mary Theresa, she expressed her delight and ease of use. I would recommend the tub to all I know.

ERRORS
With the short time we've had our new tub, we've had several things go wrong. 1. They had to take the bathroom door off and now we have to really slam it to get it to close. 2. We've had one of the jets pop off and we cannot get it to stay in. 3. We don't have enough hot water for just one of us to take a tub. We will be calling the company for a remedy.

Help for bath lovers!
Those who no longer able to get in a regular tub and like baths, this is the answer and one of the most relaxing ways .

Full use of therapy jets uses excessive water
Had I known that to get full use of the water jets and all the therapy features would require 75 gallons of water each time- I would not have chosen to purchase the Safe Step Walk-In Tub. I believe the seller deliberately avoided mentioning that detail.

Needs lots of water
The installation of the tub went smoothly and was better than I expected. It has all the "bells and whistles" and is very comforting to sit in my tub. I am disappointed that it takes more hot water than my 50 Gal. tank. I looked into getting a bigger one and discovered that they no longer sell 80 gal tanks. Bummer. I have yet to check on the "tankless" water heaters, they are so cheap, they probably won't work on my situation. In the meantime I have my 50 gal heater set on 125 degrees to get enough to fill my tub. (and it barely does that )!

it is expensive.
it is expensive and i hope the cost will go down. having said that the walk in tub is just what my wife needed. it is more that a bath tub, and thinks for the two men that installed it, very professional.

Was not disappointed
The salesman was very professional..delivery was on time. Good product..Did the installation myself as a contractor. Took me a while on the plumbing but got it. One leak in draining from factory. Fixed in 2 minutes. Customer very pleased. Therefore i am pleased. Thanks
