50 gallon hot water tank not quite large enough. Could use slightly larger

Haven't really got to use but 1 time so far due to health issues but did enjoy it the first time I used it.

Still learning how to use...and do feel safer when bathing. Always was a 'shower person' and am trying to work out how to do that in a safer environment, but hope to do that with an around the tub short shower curtain???? Shower head did get stuck last night until finally loosened by continual up and down movement of hose got it loose. Hoping for no damage by that movement.

We had a walk in shower installed. The installers was very friendly and knowledgeable of their product. We felt the price was high based on the size of our shower. The salesman gave us the wrong panels, but my wife like the panels and we excepted them.them.We gave 4 stars based on price and wrong panels.

I enjoy the Tub, but it uses a lot of hot water to fill. Even with a 50 gallon hot water tank, I have to do a partial fill, then wait 10 minutes or so for the hot water tank to generate more hot water to finish the fill. However, once filled, I love the time in the tub. I plan to buy a tankless water heater. Second, I wish I had waited a month and purchased the 2018 model. The headrest and towel bar on the door are great new features...I just don't have them :-(. Third, even with the hot water problem, I wish I had bout the larger tub. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 240.Getting in and out the the door is a little tight. But it works. Last, The advertisement works. I can now enjoy the joys of a bath with out having to crawl in and out of a standard tub.

I'm quite happy with the tub. However, I had to pay a company $130 to come to repair my pocket door that was slammed in so hard by one of the installers. I told them about my damaged door, buy they said he didn't do it. I was right there when I saw him slam that door and another door to the garage. I told him to stop slamming my doors so hard.

Well to be honest it was a different experience to bathe! The unit needs to be about 6 inches wider and 4 inches shorter to compensate for volume to enable larger people to bathe easier! I noticed door is bending out at bottom and gasket doesn’t contact unless latch is fully engaged which could be a problem later on if gasket loses integrity! Otherwise it’s a good unit but just to narrow! It really helps with our lower arthritis pain!
