The overall experience was fine
The overall experience was fine. My only suggestion is that if I am unsuccessful at passing a quiz for whatever reason, that instead of having to start from the beginning that I be required to start from the last successfully completed module. I was halfway through and had to start over again from the beginning for failing the quiz in that specific module. This would be useful especially for more mature adults such as myself. Thank You

Too many numbers and percentages
Too many numbers and percentages. If there's a problem on the roadways, identify it and move on. Telling me how many people are killed or how much it costs does nothing for my ability to deal with road incidents. Might try dealing with possible solutions.

Simple to fix
I personally believe better instructions on using the software would help tremendously. Once I figured out the software & how it related to the paperwork it became much easier to use. Frustrating at first.

straight forward and informative
straight forward and informative. I would add a section on round abouts as no one seems to educate on the older motorist with the proper approach and behavior.

Pricing for the Session was quite good, BUT
Pricing for the Session was quite good. Info was helpful and good. Data was informative. Only complaint was that it had way too long lesson plans, and total time to complete, and kind of "dragged out" the process.
