I did not like the mandatory time. It seems like the readings took about 50% of the established time limit. Otherwise, it was a good study.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback! The minimum time-on-page requirement is set by the state's course approval standards, not something we can shorten even for quick readers, we know that can feel slow, but it does keep the course compliant. – SafeMotorist

Very boring and extremely old videos
Response from SafeMotoristJul 29, 2026
Hi Tameika, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear the course videos felt outdated and didn't hold your interest — we know engaging content makes all the difference, and your comments will be shared with our course development team. We appreciate you letting us know.

It was a nice course but I don't like the part that I need to wait certain of time to continue. If I already read everything I would lime to continue instead of waisting time
Response from SafeMotoristJul 29, 2026
Hi Kevin, thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad you found the course worthwhile overall, and we understand the wait times between sections can be frustrating when you're ready to move faster — that pacing is often tied to state course requirements, but we'll pass your feedback to our team for review.

It's hard to login and get going. It advertised as at your own pace but have to do at one time so that's not really at my pace.
Response from SafeMotoristJul 15, 2026
Thank you for the honest feedback, Jessica. We're sorry the login experience was frustrating — we'll look into improving that. Regarding the course pace, some state programs require continuity, and we could do better communicating that upfront. We appreciate you sharing this!

Good information. Good refresher. The only thing I felt “meh” about was the certificate of completion… Once I had completed the course and passed the final exam I had the option to pay an additional $10 if I wanted to download my certificate of completion immediately. I chose to wait a few days until I could download it for free. It just seemed like a great way to charge an additional fee, if a person wanted to avoid the inconvenience of logging back in later to receive the certificate of completion.
Response from SafeMotoristJul 9, 2026
Thank you for taking the course and for sharing your feedback, J.L.! We're glad to hear the content was informative and served as a good refresher. We understand your frustration with the certificate download process, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Your feedback is genuinely valuable as we continue looking at ways to improve the experience.

Overall decent material. Some information was inaccurate or misspelled. Some questions on the final exam were never even taught so I had to look them up on my own. Received my card in the mail quick though.
Response from SafeMotoristJul 8, 2026
Thank you for the honest feedback, Jameson. We're glad the card arrived quickly! We're sorry to hear about the inaccuracies and the exam questions that weren't covered in the course content — that's not the experience we want, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We'll pass this feedback along to our team.
