While I generally like the patterns and colors of the rugs, my issue is with trying to order runners to match a larger area rug. Although I ordered the same style and color preference for both, they were wildly different. The runner was much much darker with the pattern being colored totally different than the large rug. I double checked the tags on the back of both and they were the same style/color. So I ended up with a large rug with the soft muted design and colors that I wanted and a rather ugly runner that looked nothing like it. I was told by the retailer that there was nothing they could do since that was a production issue with Safavieh and they had no control over what gets shipped to them. So please don't order a large rug with what you assume will be a matching runner because they will NOT match!

Purchased a set of drawers recently. It was advertised as cream but looks more like white. The quality is very poor - drawers not made well and you struggle to close them, even the basket drawers are really hard to open and close as they've no wooden base under them. My husbands a joiner so you can imagine his reaction. I've changed the handles too as they looked really cheap. Would have returned, but they took ages to arrive.
