I purchased two rugs manufactured by Safavieh. One lasted 6 months, one lasted 9 months. We are very careful users and typically rugs last us DECADES. I reached out to Safavieh about the first rug, however they said they only guarantee their products for 30 days. Our money was not refunded, our rugs were not repaired. I can not throw my money like this and I will never again buy another Safavieh product.

Ordered an 8X8 area rug. It measured 7'8" x 7'8". They claimed it was a normal variance. I think 4 inches on each side is way too much to be off. On their website, many of their rugs are odd dimensions, but not this one. They should come true to size. Terrible customer service
