Products - great, shipping time - Looooong
The products are great. The shipping time was VERY long. Customer service was helpful with questions about the shipping, but couldn't make it go faster.

Delivery was good, helmet mostly intact.
Delivery was prompt and helmet came in near perfect condition. Unfortunately, one of the pegs that keeps the face plate on the sliding tracks appears to have been sheered off some time before I received it. Likely a packaging or shipping issue.
