Purchase of a simple Eco saber made around the end of November still not received. No response from them by email ... packages arrive in France but not at home (I also received a package from them which was not intended for me.) Suddenly I learn that my sword is return to the United States. I therefore ask where my sword is and I do not receive any response from them for 2 MONTHS! Not only am I told that he will be sent back (without any excuse for the concerns that come from their home), they don't make any commercial gestures to me, but on top of that, they block me on the facebook page so that I can not talk about this story (deletion of my post and comments + unable to write on their page). Today May 02 (be 7 months later) my lightsaber still hasn't arrived. Never buy your lightsaber from this crook company. Once your blue card has been sucked in there is nothing more for you to do.

Awful experience. Only customer support is email. It has been 2 wks with no response but they charged immediately. No confirmation, no shipping status.

I ordered from them once a couple years ago and received a good quality saber! Except it broke within a week and repairs would cost as much as just buying another so I never bothered. I recently (using that word loosely) gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought another. Let me tell you DO. NOT. DO. THIS. I was told 9 - 12 weeks. That turned into 12 - 15. It's now long past that (I ordered in December of 2019) and I've still not even received even a small update on the progress of my order. I've also sent 2 emails, only 1 of which was told it was "in the Queue" and would be answered within "2 - 4 business days". Its been nearly double that time and still NOTHING. I was criticised because they're "complicated to make". I had 2 friends order from 2 different places AFTER I placed my order and they received their orders within 3 weeks of paying and their sabers still hold strong today. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Completely horrible experience. Takes months to arrive, is incredibly shoddy quality for something that costs $700. Crystal rattles around inside, poor build quality, cheap sound, finish wears off with an hour of use. Customer service is next to nonexistent. No phone support, takes weeks to months to receive email support. Still battling for 4 months to receive STORE CREDIT because I was not happy with all the defects.

This will be the first time I have ever written a review prior to receiving a product, it is that bad. However to be fair I will amend my review once, or if I ever receive my order. My issue is that I ordered a eco saber from them several weeks ago and it has not shipped yet. When I contacted them for an update the did not reply, twice. So here I sit with no product and no way to know if I’ll ever get it.

Paid an extra $450 on top - sent us the wrong Order and said they would not fix it had to pay an extra 450 to replace the light-saber that was not sent to us, only a switch?! The end product was high quality, but customer service was horrible.

I have yet to even receive my purchase, that's not why I'm giving a poor review. I asked a simple question over email well over a week ago and I haven't heard a peep. Plenty of emails about sales though. I fear I'm going to wait months for a saber that is going to break in hours. The internet isn't lying when it says these guys are trash.

NOWHERE in their website order process, nor in their FAQ do they reveal their delivery and return policy. It is INTENTIONALLY obfuscated and wholly unreasonable. Whereas competitors deliver a comparable product in about a week, Saber Forge requires 3-4 months, and some reports complain that deliveries take even longer. When you try to cancel (or even communicate/ask questions) they simply do not reply. No phone number is listed on their website or Facebook page, and when you DO find their phone number, nobody answers. Their Etsy store says "ready to ship in 1-2 weeks" which is a total lie. They refuse to let me cancel my order, even though I put in the cancellation request within 20 minutes of them FINALLY revealing (AFTER PAYMENT) a 9-12 week lead time. I have made a dispute with my credit card company and will continue to fight these crooks tooth and nail to get my money back.
