I ordered the warrior kit with the charger. But they forgot to add the charger so I had to go buy one myself. Everything was great, just that they forgot one item.

Saber was great but figuring out how to charge the device was partially complicated and difficult without instructions with the mauler staff considering some disassembly is required. I worry less experienced saber buyers will damage electronics trying to figure this out. Overall quality was great though thank you!

Shipping was a little longer than expected, bur everything came perfect!

I'm unsure why in-stock items take so long to actually ship out. I ordered this pommel maybe 2 months ago. Arrived in pristine condition.

Good experience, leaving off a Star for one reason only and that is there not being any instructions that came with the sabers to understand how to operate them and so I had to go searching for answers online.

Got it a little after a month. Came pretty fast and I look foward to ordering from you again.

Happy with the lightsaber. It just took longer than I thought it would take, but about as long as everyone else said it was going to take. Sometimes the the button is a bit glitchy and doesn't work properly.

Everything was in good condition but didn't come with the hex key that was said to have come with the order.
