The sabre is a bit more expensive than other websites, but after following SaberForge on Instagram, I could see their sabers were the best looking on the market. I did my research on the company, reading the reviews and I can't agree with the majority of the negative ones. The saber took 15 weeks to manufacture and then another week to ship from US to UK. This was all expected as the information was there when I ordered, it was also available on the "Lead Times" section of the website. Having first hand experience with turning, laser cutting and CNC operations, 15 weeks seemed reasonable. The finish on the machined parts of the saber were excellent. There were no updates during the 15 weeks, but there was no information stating there would be. I received and email bang on the 15th week mark, stating the order had shipped. I was updated by FedEx and SaberForge throughout the shipping process. The electronics are excellent, the blade is bright and can light up a whole room. Blade and handle are sturdy and can take a heavy impact. Overall very happy with the order. Will end up ordering again.

I've bought two sabers from saberforge and felt compelled to write a review for the customer service. Before my saber arrived, I was alerted that unfortunately one of the features I ordered was no longer available, but they reassured me they would refund me. Great communication. If you want to buy from here the first thing you will need is patience, because while it does take them a while to send out sabers (5 months for me) and respond to emails (usually a week or two), it is definitely worth the wait.

A 12 week wait but came on time and very pleased. Quality sound and craftsmanship imo. I'd say buy with peace of mind.

I ordered my Saber during Covid lockdown & it got delivered (UK) exactly after 4 weeks. Sorry to hear all the poor reviews but I had an amazing experience & I absolutely love my lightsaber. They do Reply to emails a little late, but that wasn’t a major issue. I want to order a few more now I have confidence with my first purchase, but they are sold out of a lot of my chosen ones. I ordered a saber from saberforge in November. I got an email it could take between 4 and 8 weeks to finish my order. They shipped it within a month, which was to my surprise. It arrived in the Netherlands not long after that. I emailed them that the charger was missing and they responded within 2 days and send me a new one! :D And the saber is AWESOME!!!

I have two Saberforge lightsabers, and I couldn't be happier with their product. :) .. They both arrived on time, they both work great, and my communication with the Company has always been and still is great.. I can highly recommend them. I would also recommend people to follow the Store and Forum News section on their forum, where they inform people of Price changes, Shipping changes and Shipping delays, New lightsaber releases and so on and so on.. :) :D
