Absolutely terrible service. I ordered for my sons birthday to arrive for early June but after several emails, it never arrived. They said they would send a replacement but refunded me instead without agreement. And I lost the import fees which were significant. The whole process went from May to August and in the end we didn't receive the order. Never again.

It took three (3) months to get our lightsaber that the website said was in stock. Every time I emailed them, it took 2-3 days for a response and all I got was excuses. Then I ordered a sound board (against my better judgement) that was supposed to work with my lightsaber, but it didn't. When I tried to return it, they said they would not take it back and suggested I sell it on Ebay. They stick! No customer service and no support!

1) They send you the wrong charging cable so you can not charge your saber properly 2) They do not warn you that you pay €70 import fee when you live in the EU 3) If you want your saber repaired, you have to pay the export / import fee again plus shipping costs 4) customer service is wack. They reply about 1,5 week later and then it’s mostly two senteces self typed and the rest of the mail is info copy-pasted from the site which I ofcourse allready have read multiple times. 5) They don’t allow you to open your saber when you got the proffie saber, because then you lose your warranty 6) and maybe now the most important thing: they sell proffie BUT you can do zero edits on the board. The hilt is extremely hard to open so you get to your SD card and when you do manage to get to it, there is no config file on it 🥲. If you ask them a config file you get the same stupid reply 1,5 week later saying you are not allowed to open it bla bla. Why would you sell proffie then? Or at least warn customers that you can get proffie of saberforge, but you aren’t ment to edit if you want. Conclusion: I lost over €400 to a now dead saber. They do not give your money back, only repair but that costs me additional money. Plus, if I let them repair it, I can’t even freaking put new fonts on it so what’s the point. Not helpfull, not informative, very bad customer service and very commercial. A shame to the saber community.

Their return policy of allowing for order cancellation after 15 weeks makes it hard to cancel an order. After 15 weeks of my order not being shipped and NO progress being made on it, I asked them for a refund. We were in a dispute and they said that they would not ship the item until the issue was resolved. They broke their word and do not respond to your emails. DO NOT BUY!

Absolutely disgusting experience. Their customer service delays and care is awful. I have received a faulty product for weeks and haven’t heard of a single reply from them!!! I am trying to get a refund on my money but they won’t contact me at all!! They have stolen my money!!!

The sabers are nice looking, first one I bought lasted a month, then died. In the middle of working through a warranty process now, and every email exchange takes a week. Sort of ridiculous.

I Would love to give this a better review for the sheer fact how well the sabers look, But unfortunatelly i cant. I ordered a Saber from Saberforge the Bane MK2 in April 12th of 2021 and still have not received it, not even a tracking number. Everytime i reached out to them to get a updat eon the status and ask why it was taking so long i would have to wait anywhere from 5-9 days just for a response. I would strongly recommend anyone to steer clear of this company. You konw there is a big problem when you can receive a US Passport in a shorter timeframe then a machined Lightsaber. PS. theyll be sure to spam your inbox with In stock sabers and adds though.

AVOID and spend your money elsewhere!! this took 14 weeks to get here when it said 1 - 2 weeks! After i ordered this and upon checking now there are lots of options for customers now which i never got. The wrong wrap was on my hilt and the emitter is basicalyl dangours with very very sharpe edges and spiky points. The charger for the battery is only for american plugs so can't even charge the saber. the customer service is dismissive and shocking and takes a week to get a reply. Will not be ordering from this company again. Go else where and i'll be going to a uk seller next. $204 just totally wasted and now going to have try and get my money back.
