From the start the team has been awesome to work with. All of the Team from Mendel who I started with some time ago has always a wealth of knowledge, accessible and just helpful. Naomi with keeping all of us on track is the companies Baby Sitter (lol) and makes sure we all have what we need in a timely manner. Frank and Julian also provide security that we are all on the same page. These guys genuinely care and it shows the end product. Been a member for 7 weeks. I closed on 1 home and in contract with another. So far the experience with everyone has been great. Domenique, Brian, Mendel and Maria are a pleasure to have on my team. I work a lot and need a turnkey process which S8 provides. I’m going to build a rental portfolio with S8. I recommend doing the same.
